The location of your retirement housing needs to meet legislative and regulatory requirements. You can’t just build one anywhere, and in fact, some locations aren’t zoned to accommodate aged care or retirement housing at all. We help you create the architectural plans that inform the design of your new centre. Our Registered Surveyors create a Detail and Level survey to determine the features on your new block. Once this is complete, our Designers take the drawing file and turn it into an Architectural Concept.
