Change of Use approval is required to ensure you’ve put the right measures in place to accommodate for different patronage capacities, design and fit-out needs, signage, and neighborhood zoning.
And this doesn’t just count if you’re changing an office space into a cafe. It can be more nuanced, such as if you change a venue like a cafe into a wine bar, or change a restaurant space into a cafe, with an attached retail space.
